The online system has no capability to handle cancellation requests. Accommodation Cancellation charges:More than 14 days prior to check-in date >> Full Refund of Deposit Less Handling Charge of C$15 14 days or less prior to check-in date >> Cancellation Charge of Deposit Amount or one night's charges plus taxes, whichever is greater.
