I am so happy that we booked the 3 night honeymoon package, as we had an absolutely wonderful time! On our first day here we visited The Enchanted Forest. It was quite fun...we climbed up a tree house..oh to be a kid again...
Then we headed over to Three Valley Gap and had a guided tour of the Ghost Town. Impressive, but no ghosts. In the evening we
enjoyed a horse drawn carriage ride with Kelly (the host ) and Nelly (the horse). She shared some local stories with us.
Revelstoke is somewhere that we could see ourselves retiring. The fish in Griffin Lake had a great time taunting my husband.
(He has not caught anything yet.) Tonight was our last dinner here. we stuffed ourselves again, and even managed to find room for dessert. There is a campfire outside, where the other guests (who are great as well) are relaxing... we are too full to move! To wrap this up, I have to say that this lodge is perfect! I wouldn't change a thing if I could move in. Heather and Wayne, thank you so much. We look forward to our next visit.

Had a great paddle this morning, saw an eagle, two otters, a loon, and many ducks. A very relaxing spot, wish we could stay longer.

We had an exquisite time - so picturesque! Being so near the Trans Canada Highway, I wasn't sure if the traffic would keep us awake, but once inside our room, it was peaceful and quiet and we got a sound sleep in a lovely, comfy sleigh bed. The bonfire after a fabulous meal was very cozy and inviting. Wayne and Heather are very gracious hosts and everything was perfect - meals , bed and surrounding lake - we'll definitely be back again!
